I bought a home in Mobile and was living out of state. Based on other online reviews, I hired Kevin to do the inspection. I could not be happier with everything. He wrote a lengthy report, sent lots of photos pointing out issues, and even talked to me over the phone addressing all my questions. He was very patient and encouraged me to call or text him. Could not be happier with the job he did. Would highly recommend.
