Kevin did a very thorough home inspection. We were impressed. He did not rush the process, which definitely made us feel better about the home. We feel more confident going into the purchase. We will definitely recommend N-Spec to friends and family needing this same service. He gives a very thorough, multi-page report with any and all issues that need to be addressed with the home.
