Kevin was very thorough & professional. He patiently listened to & responded to each of our individual concerns. He explained verbally & physically located each of his findings. He spent over 4 hrs on our 2700 sq foot home. Well worth the less than $300 that was his fee to have his report in hand for the 1st walk thru as he discovered things that are not visible to the naked eye! His 45 page report was in my box that night. Recommend!
